If the testing phase goes well, we dig deeper into any remaining questions or issues we or the candidate may have. We cover the challenges and goals of the position and listen to the candidate describe their strengths as applied to the position in an effort to acertain the candidate's confidence level in reaching or exceeding the goals of the position.

At this point, we contact the candidate's references to inquire regarding a 12-point checklist, dictate this conversation, and keep this document for the hiring manager's review. If the references corroborate everything we've learned --skills, ability to handle pressure and tight timeframes, etc., we certify the candidate's skills and complete a profile for presentation to the client.

If requested by the client, we provide a 10-year civil and criminal background check, drug screen and degree verification, at no additional charge.
