We've developed technical oral exams that test skills and knowledge in more than 20 key areas. These exams draw upon 15 years of technical test accumulation, insight, know-how, technical testing experience and ongoing input from application development consultants, web developers, DBAs, systems engineers, CIO's, commercial software engineers and other senior experts advising Fortune 500 companies.
Depending on what we learn through technical interviews, we may add one or more written exams to the candidate review process.
These exams include:
- Logical reasoning exams to test communication skills and the ability to remain flexibile while performing verbal and collaborative problem-solving while under time constraints.
- The Wonderlic Personnel Test ™ to assess intelligence, aptitude for learning a job and adapting to solve problems.
- The Employee Reliability Index (ERI) to measure reliability, compliance with rules, safety and attendance.
