After we've developed detailed specifications for the skills and characteristics a client is seeking, we review resumes to find candidates who are a strong potential fit and conduct initial interviews. We ask candidates about their strengths, weaknesses, past experiences and career goals. If these conversations reveal a good match between reported and actual skills, we move on to in-depth technical assessment.
