Computer Staff offers clients four ways to secure expert talent:
- Contingency search. Our contingency-search service provides qualified candidates for clients to interview. We charge a competitive fee if you hire one of our referrals. This fee is normally a percentage of the annual base starting salary.
- Contract to hire. Our contract-to-hire service enables our clients to hire a consultant at an hourly rate. If the engagement is a success, you can hire the consultant full time without paying any additional fee to Computer Staff.
- Contract consulting. Our contract consulting service provides skilled candidates for temporary or project-based assignments. We provide candidates for your review. If you select one of the consultants we present, you pay a competitive hourly rate for the services provided.
