Support Technician

We are now looking to add a new Tech Support person at our client's location in Arlington, TX. This position will be on the evening shift. The hours are 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm. For the first few weeks while in training, this person would be working from 10:30 am until 7:00 pm.

Below are most of the requirements.

* Must have a minimum of 2 years of Technical support experience

* Must know standard office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word etc..)

* Must be skilled in working with and troubleshooting Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7.

* Must be familiar with the MS command line.

* Must be familiar with most every day windows issues, such as installing programs, printers etc

* Must have the drive to find the answer to an issue if you do not know it already

* Good people/communication skills.

* Must be able to explain steps to resolve issues in a way that anyone can understand.

* Good documentation skills are a plus.

* Database experience is a plus.

Employment Type:  Regular Full-Time, or Contract-to-Hire

Compensation:  $28,000 - 30,000 per year
