C# WPF .NET Silverlight Developers
We are seeking a C# WPF .NET Application Developer, preferrably with .NET 3.5 and Silverlight experience. The successful candidate will participate in and contribute significantly to the architecture, design, coding, test and deployment of an exciting C# .NET 3.5 Silverlight line-of-business application integrating with SQL Server 2008. We are seeking a developer with a minimum of 5 years (preferred) of demonstrated experience in full life cycle design and deployment of RIA (Rich Internet Applications) and minimum of 3 years demonstrated application development with Silverlight (1 year required) and WPF and WCF.
Required Experience/ Skills:
- C# .NET 2.0 or .NET 3.5, VS2008
- WPF, Windows Presentation Foundation
- .NET 2.0, Web Services or .NET 3.5 WCF Service
- SQL Server 2005/2008 design, stored procedure and trigger creation
- LINQ and ADO.NET Data Services
- Pattern for building composite applications with WPF and Silverlight
- MVVM - Model View-View Model pattern or MVC - Model View Controller
- Microsoft Toolkit for Silverlight and Telerik Controls
- RESTful and SOAP service design and consumption
- SVN for Source Control
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 years (Preferred)
Extra consideration given for:
- Microsoft Bing Maps development experience (Google Maps experience considered)
- GIS experience, such as geocoding, geofencing, KML
- Google Gadgets development experience
- 1+ year of Silverlight experience required
