UI (Lead Developer) – VC++, MFC, COM, WPF
Visual C++, MFC, COM skills needed, senior level, for User Interface Development in VC++, MFC, COM.... and..... Windows Presentation Foundation WPF C# for development of windows application using Visual Studio 2008, MFC, C++ and C#, WPF. Individual will be responsible for working closely with the customer in the Visual C++, MFC, GUI, Windows application code base to a C# .Net WPF code base. Exhibits good technical design skills including the use of design patterns Object Oriented Analysis & Design. Must be able to work well within a team environment, have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision. Experienced in problem solving, and able to follow a methodical implementation process.
Must have at least 7-10 years experience as a Developer Analyst developing commercial and or business applications. Broad experience with .NET Framework 3.0 and 3.5; Work history including Visual C++, MFC, GUI skills prior to C# is a plus. Agile methodologies is a plus.
Must have been involved in design and development of .Net projects with at least 4 years hands on experience using Visual Studio and C#. 3-5 years of development experience with MS SQL Server 2000 or MS SQL Server 2005 (complex SQL query skills, creation & manipulation of tables & views and creating stored procedures)
Strong GUI skills. Prior user interface development with a focus on usability, and clean crisp UI, and efficient use of the UI. Experience using Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) is a must. Prior Visual C++ is required.
Direct experience with graphical manipulation and drawing drag & dock, shading, drawing, etc.
