Software Engineers - Agile Tests
We have four openings with our client in their Software Development department for Software Engineers to design, create, and code Visual C++ programs to be used as Quality Assurance tools, software testing tools, Test Frameworks, Test Harnesses and Test Fixtures. You will be working around very experienced windows application developers creating world-class Visual C++, MFC, COM, multi-threaded windows software, and some C# WPF software. This environment is Visual C++, MFC, COM, multi-threaded, Windows applications development, but also some C# Windows and WPF. These programes will be used for testing of complex Windows software applications for accuracy, functionality, performance and stability, and execution. Documentation and tracking of program defects and programming in our client*s Windows software product.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate must be able to work individually and on team projects, have the ability to multi-task and possess excellent verbal communication in English, organizational and time management skills. Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience, a broad based object oriented programming experience with Visual C++, Windows, multi-threaded, or threads, or threading, or any MFC is a plus and any COM is a plus. Definitely need solid Visual C++ experience and Windows programming, as well as some knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle processes is required. A passion for excellent software products. A desire to code Visual C++ to create test frameworks, QA tools, test harnesses and test fixtures.
Employment Type: Regular Full-Time
Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year
